東洋エンジニアリング株式会社（取締役社長 細井 栄治）の子会社であるToyo Engineering India Private Limited（社長 川原 崇）、とOffshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd.(以下OFS Singapore*) は、インドのベンガル―ルに最先端のGlobal Capability Centre（グローバル・ケイパビリティ・センター）を設立しました。この合弁会社であるTOYO MODEC OFS India Private Limited（以下OFS India）は、2025年春に業務を開始する予定です。

OFS IndiaはOFS Singaporeと協力して、FPSO（浮体式海洋石油・ガス生産貯蔵積出設備）の基本設計（FEED）、詳細設計、調達支援サービスを提供します。また、FPSOの船上設備(トップサイド)に関して、高品質で効率的なプロジェクト実行およびオフショア・エンジニアリング遂行に関する新たな標準を確立します。

2022年に三井海洋開発株式会社(以下MODEC)と設立したOFS Singaporeに続き、新たにOFS Indiaを設立することで、さらなるグローバルな協力体制を築き、顧客のニーズに応える卓越したサービスを提供します。これによりTOYOはFPSO業界における技術力と競争力を強化することを目指します。

*OFS SingaporeはTOYOとMODECが2022年8月にシンガポールに設立した合弁会社であり、FPSOのEPCI（設計、調達、建造及び据付）事業を遂行する会社。

Toyo-India and OFS Singapore team up to establish Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru, India

Toyo Engineering India Private Limited (Managing Director Takashi Kawahara), a subsidiary of Toyo Engineering Corporation (President and CEO Eiji Hosoi) and Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd. (OFS Singapore*) have established a state-of-the-art Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru, India. TOYO MODEC OFS India Private Limited (OFS India), a joint venture, is expected to commence operations in the spring of 2025.

OFS India will operate exclusively with OFS Singapore to deliver Front End Engineering & Design (FEED), detailed engineering and procurement support services for FPSOs (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading). These endeavors will focus on the topside of FPSO projects, ensuring high-quality, efficient execution, and setting new standards in offshore engineering.

Building on the momentum from the establishment of OFS Singapore in 2022 with MODEC, Inc.(MODEC), the creation of OFS India marks the next step in our global collaboration. This partnership will enable us to deliver exceptional services and meet our clients’ needs with the highest standard of excellence.
